Watermelon Birthday

Hi all :)
Today I have a Kori Kumi card to share with you! I absolutely LOVE the Kori Kumi range - I used to the giftware range in my old gift shop so I was ecstatic when it was launched in the craft world. For this one I went with a watermelon theme....
For this card I used the Kori Kumi Mini Decoupage and the 8x8 Paper Pack. I cut out the watermelon embellishment from the paper packaging - love that all Santoro products have extra bits! I added some lace, ribbon and enamel dots. I used a Die-namics Die for the bow and fence. The banner is an old Memory Box Banner Die. The sentiment is a die cut sentiment from craft creations.

I will be back soon :)

Cupcake Hedgehogs

Hi all :)
Today I am sharing a card I made for Crafts Beautiful Magazine. This one was actually on the front cover of last months magazine, so you may recognise it...
For this card I used a Candibean Stamp called Happiness Is A Cupcake. I coloured this up with my copics and die cut it using a cross stitch rectangle die. The papers I used are by Doodlebug from the Spring Things Paper Pad. I also added some ribbon, pearls and a die cut sentiment.

I will be back soon :)

Cute Reindeers

Hey all :)
Sorry it's so late - it's been one of those days! I thought I would share a quick make that I made for For The Love Of Stamps DT aka Hunkydory! These are cutie reindeers....
I randomly stamped the reindeers and presents all over the background. I coloured each image using my copics and mounted it onto red card. I added a strip of white card with some gems. I stamped the greeting, mounted onto red card and attached in place with foam pads. The stamp sets used are Santa & Friends and Warming Words.

I will be back soon :)

Beautiful Day

Hi all :)
We had a lovely busy weekend so now back to work for us both this week! I have tons to get done for the next Hunkydory Shows and some mag work too, so busy times for me. Today I am sharing one of my cards that was in last months Making Cards Magazine, i love making these bold sentiment cards. Here is card number one...
For card I used a fantastic new product by Studiolight. It's an A5 die cut book full of all the bits you need to create many cards. All the elements, die cuts, papers and sentiments on this card are from the book - and it's only £2.50! This one is called Hand Lettering. All I added to make this card was some twine, buttons, mini pegs and kraft card.

I will be back soon with more creations :)

Silhouette Elephants

Hi all :)
Today I can finally share a quick inky card I made for my friends birthday who loves elephants! I knew I wanted to create a sunset african theme with elephants so these stamps were perfect!
I created the background with my distress inks and added some water splats. I then stamped the grass, tree,, elephants and birds using versafine black ink. The stamps I used are all by Inkylicious. I added a sentiment and an embossed background.

I will be back with more later :)

This is the latest collection of Christmas Stamps. I used the Santa & Friends Stamp Set which comes with with the latest stamp magazine/idea book. If you got the bundle on Create & Craft last weekend you will be getting this one! I used one of the new stencils to create the background. I also used some striped card. All the images were stamped and coloured with copics then fussy cut out. I popped them onto foam pads and onto some cross stitched edge rectangles.
